Make every site
your best site.
See what is coming, what has arrived and who is inside — right from your phone, without the calls. Your guard runs the gate. You run the site.
Your reality today
Everything on your site went digital. The gate still runs on pen and paper…
on a register.
Your phone never stops
The supplier calls. The driver calls for directions, then again from the gate.
No warning
A vehicle turns up needing labour, a crane and space, and nobody at the site knew it was coming now.
Your word against theirs
The supplier says their vehicle waited two hours. You did not even know it was there.
Anyone can walk in
A familiar face walks straight in. Nobody decided they should be on site, and nothing records it.
You run the whole site. But every delivery, every visitor, every delay starts at the gate — and reaches you as a phone call.
What you get
Software you feel in the first week.
One message, not five calls
A WhatsApp pass with the gate code and directions. Nobody calls to ask the way, and you know what is coming.
Know the moment it arrives
The guard scans the pass, and whoever made it is notified which vehicle just entered. No pass? Say yes or no with one tap.
A record that settles arguments
The entry time and photos of the vehicle and challan show exactly how long it has been waiting.
Simple for your guard
Scan, photograph, done. We train your guards, and their security agency.
On site
What it looks like at a real gate.

It is less than what one guard at the site costs you.
One price per site, billed yearly in advance. No surprises as the site grows.
Everyone at the site who needs the app — site team and guards — plus your corporate team, at no extra cost.*
The app comes from the app store — no server, no IT project, nothing to integrate.
No server, no scanner, no kiosk. The guard already has the phone.
When a site closes, its record stays readable at no cost, long after the work is done.*
* Details in our terms of use.
No questions asked, no notice period. If you do not want to continue, we refund the full year's fee.
We did not learn about site gates from a book.Years of working on how materials reach construction sites showed us the gate from both sides — the truck and the site. The waiting, the calls, the coordination, the questions over what reached.
Questions we always get
Your questions, answered.
Will my guards use it, and who trains them when they change?
We do, not your site team. At the start we train the guards at your gate and the supervisor at your security agency, so the guards they send next arrive knowing it. Agencies already train their guards on gate apps at housing societies, so this is familiar ground for them. And the guard's part is small: scan or pick, photograph, done. All your team does is add the new guard as a user to your site.
We have tried apps before. They fade after a month.
Most site apps ask your team to type things up for the office and give nothing back, so they fade. InfraaPass saves your team calls from day one, and there is nothing to type up: the guard’s entry is the record. It is opened by three people every day: the guard logs the gate, the site manager raises passes and clears walk-up requests, and corporate reads the log. Each one depends on the other two, so the habit holds — even when the people change.
Our sites barely have network. Does it still work?
The important part at the gate does: passes are digitally signed, so the guard can scan and verify them with no signal at all. The app also opens and shows its last-loaded information without network. Recording an entry needs a data connection at the gate — an ordinary mobile connection is enough. Creating passes is the site manager's job, done from the site office — which usually has internet even when the gate has no signal.
Do I need my office’s approval?
Your office will want to know what it costs, who owns the data, and what happens when more sites join. The answers are on one page — send them this. If they would like to talk to us, we will call them.
Who manages it — me, or my office?
If you set it up for your site, you manage it. When more sites join, we can hand that over to your corporate team — or, if you run several sites yourself, you can stay in charge.
Whose data is it?
Your company’s. It is hosted in India, each role sees only its own screens, and the complete record exports whenever you ask — and if you ever stop using InfraaPass, you keep all of it.
What does it cost?
One flat price per site, billed yearly in advance — no per-user licence, no setup fee, and a full refund if you are not happy in the first 90 days. It is less than what one guard at the site costs you — book a demo below and ask us the price.
